With a heavy focus on Design-Build Projects since 1986, Hively has acquired tremendous experience and knowledge in taking the lead role on Projects. Our duties generally involve preparing concepts (utilizing 3-D models) and budgets. Schematic designs. Schedules and construction documents. We perform constructability reviews during design, prepare cost estimates, suggest and develop value engineering ideas, and prepare preliminary schedules. We are steep with experience in preconstruction functions such as permit procurement, subcontractor and supplier pre-qualifications, and bidding.
